The 369 Manifestation Method

The 369 Manifestation Method: A Spiritual Practice Rooted in Afro-Caribbean Traditions

The 369 manifestation method is a powerful technique for manifesting your desires by writing them down three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening. This practice, which blends numerology with intentional thinking, resonates deeply with Afro-Caribbean spiritual traditions where belief, energy, and repetition are seen as integral to shaping one’s reality. In the Caribbean, where African traditions have significantly influenced spiritual practices, the concept of manifesting desires through focused intention is deeply woven into the fabric of daily life.

Afro-Caribbean spiritual systems such as Vodou, Santería, Oshunism, and Obeah often emphasize the power of words, rituals, and repeated acts of faith to summon positive energy and align one’s life with higher spiritual forces. In these traditions, intentions are expressed through prayer, song, dance, and even in the repetition of sacred chants and affirmations. The 369 method is a modern reflection of these deeply rooted practices, combining the power of numerology with the Afro-Caribbean understanding that the universe responds to consistent, intentional energy.

The Role of Numbers and Spirituality in Afro-Caribbean Traditions

In Afro-Caribbean spirituality, numbers often hold sacred significance. For example, the number 3 is powerful across various African diasporic traditions. In Vodou, for instance, the number 3 is often linked to spiritual harmony and balance, representing the divine trinity or the connection between the past, present, and future. In this light, the 369 manifestation method taps into the ancient wisdom of using numerology as a tool for spiritual alignment.

The process of writing your manifestation three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening mirrors the rhythm and structure found in Afro-Caribbean rituals, which often include specific times for invoking the spirits, ancestors, or divine forces. The repetition and deliberate timing serve as a way to synchronize your energy with the cycles of the universe, invoking the spirits and ancestors to support your desires.

The Power of Ritual Timing

  • Morning: Mornings are considered sacred in many Afro-Caribbean traditions. It’s the time when spiritual energy is at its peak, and ancestors are called upon for guidance. This is why the 369 method’s practice of writing down your manifestation three times in the morning mirrors the way Caribbean communities start their day with prayer, intention-setting, and honoring the ancestors. The practice is rooted in a deep sense of spiritual respect and preparation for the day ahead.
  • Afternoon: During the day, as the sun reaches its peak, energy is high, and people are most productive. In many Afro-Caribbean spiritual traditions, this is the time for action—whether it’s working, creating, or engaging with the community. The 369 method’s six repetitions in the afternoon correspond to the period when the energy of manifestation is channeled into focused action. It is a reminder that spiritual work requires not just belief, but also tangible effort.
  • Evening: As night falls, the subconscious becomes more active, making it an ideal time for reflection, meditation, and connecting with deeper spiritual forces. In many Afro-Caribbean practices, the evening is a sacred time for ancestor worship, divination, and spiritual guidance. The act of writing down your manifestation nine times in the evening taps into this practice of evening reflection, allowing the intention to settle deep into your subconscious mind, much like prayers or rituals performed in the quiet of the night.

Tips for Using the 369 Manifestation Method in the Spirit of Afro-Caribbean Traditions

  1. Pick an object or feeling: In Afro-Caribbean spiritual traditions, manifestations often focus on specific needs or desires, such as healing, protection, or prosperity. Be clear about your intention—whether it's for material wealth, love, personal growth, or spiritual fulfillment.
  2. Use a journal or piece of paper: Writing by hand is important because it grounds your intention and connects you with your inner spirit, much like sacred rituals in Afro-Caribbean cultures that require physical acts—like writing petitions to spirits or creating offerings. Whether you use paper or a digital device, the key is to put your energy into it.
  3. Remain open and believe in your manifestations: Faith is central to both the 369 method and Afro-Caribbean spirituality. The power of belief in practices like Obeah or Vodou is often focused on the faith that the spiritual world will respond to your energy. The 369 method aligns with this, encouraging you to believe that what you manifest is already on its way to you, even if it hasn’t yet appeared in physical form.
  4. Write with intention: The act of writing is sacred. In many Afro-Caribbean spiritual traditions, writing down desires, prayers, or petitions is an integral part of ritual. When you write your manifestation, do so with respect, focus, and a deep sense of spiritual connection. This aligns with the spiritual practice of petitioning in traditions like Santería, where writing is an essential tool to communicate with higher forces.

Manifesting with Afro-Caribbean Spirit

Even if you don’t fully believe in the "law of attraction," the 369 method can still be valuable as a goal-setting tool. In Afro-Caribbean spiritual practices, setting intentions and performing rituals are part of the journey towards growth and prosperity. The 369 method reflects the same wisdom found in these spiritual systems: manifestation is not just about desire, it’s about commitment, belief, and taking action.

In Caribbean culture, particularly within the Afro-Caribbean community, spiritual traditions often focus on the belief that everything is interconnected—our thoughts, actions, and the universe are all linked. Just as a ritual might involve repetitive prayer or the calling of the spirits at specific times of the day, the 369 method builds on this concept, using repetition and timing to direct spiritual energy toward specific goals.

By combining numerology, repetition, and a deep connection to Afro-Caribbean spiritual practices, the 369 manifestation method offers a modern yet culturally rooted approach to shaping your life. It is a reminder that we hold the power to shape our reality, with faith, intention, and consistent action guiding us along the way.

Consumed by Time

I can remember as a child  hearing the school bell ringing and running to line up at school, can't believe I use to pay $0.25  (shilling a week) to ring that damn bell in standard 4 ( 6th grade) .

We were always watching the clock waiting for our time to come , wishing time would speed up so you can be on your own time.

Now I’m still consumed by time, years before I get to see my love, too little time before my son is  in high school and off to college.  He’s turning into a man right before my eyes, we're constantly changing   physically and spiritually.I want to stop and speed up time all at the same time. I want to stop the aging process but I want to grow wiser. All while trying to balance the present . Trying to balance the work week, trying to find time to work out, and vacation.Time to plan for the future , time to advance my career .

Time was never mine to control. The past is gone , the future is not promised. Time to surrender  to the fact that at this  very moment all I need is God.

Today is the oldest you've ever been and the youngest you'll ever be again #livelife

All in God’s Timing

God's Timing

Spring is here - jut as the seasons change everything happens in God's timing.

Living in a season of my life where I can see the hand of God in everything I touch is truly a blessing.
As I was walking into a bank this morning downtown Chicago thinking about how pretty the flowers were and how if I was on vacation I would take a picture of this arrangement.  Some of us don't enjoy the beauty around us on a daily basis.
14 years ago when my son was born I had an opportunity for an internship in this same building that I passed up and always regretted it in the back of my mind , now 14 years later I'm working across the street from this building. The lesson is ALL in God's timing , He prepared a way for me .
